REPORTS: RECENT FORECLOSURES
USING THE RECENT FORECLOSURE
REPORT
When tracking properties with the Recent Foreclosure Report, you
will notice that most foreclosures will go back to the plantiff
for $100.00. As you follow the chart, you can track individual properties
and realize why some properties are bought by investors.
Just look at the final judgement (FJ) amount versus the Plantiff's
interest (Pl. Int.). This represents the top dollar bid that the
plantiff wanted the day of the sale. Of course this is all in relation
to the assessment value.
Curious whether bidding is appropriate? Foreclosure/Disclosure
can distribute the top dollar bids to subscribers the day of sale.
Additionally, this chart allows you to buy these properties from
the lenders after the ten day objection period has been completed
for the sale. The Plantiff's Interest line tells you what they needed
from the property the day of sale.
FHA & VA Mortgages typically can not be bought or touched for
at least six months after the sale. Any other mortgages may be made
offers upon completion of the ten day objection period.
